Production & Shipping

All pieces are handcrafted from scratch in Mexico City. If your piece is not immediately available, please allow 2–4 weeks for it to be made before it ships. Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Made to Order & Custom Pieces

Want something made specifically for you? We work on custom and made-to-order requests. Reach out at [your email] to start the conversation. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

International Orders

Shipping costs do not include local import taxes, customs duties, or fees, which may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot estimate or control these costs as they vary by country.

If you refuse a shipment due to import duties or taxes, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, return costs, and any customs fees incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gabrielle Venguer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once dispatched. Please contact your shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Delivery Failure

If delivery of your parcel is unsuccessful, the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. If your package remains undelivered for 15 days after the first delivery attempt for reasons outside our control, we will consider the order cancelled and issue a refund within 30 days, minus shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most pieces are one of a kind and made entirely by hand, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos and we will make it right.

Exchanges for size are considered where stock allows. Please contact us before sending anything back — all exchanges must be approved in advance.

A Note on Photos

Our campaign and product images are shot on film. Colors may appear slightly different in person. If you’d like additional photos of a specific piece before purchasing, email us and we’ll send them over.

Care

Handmade pieces need a little love. Dry clean or hand wash cold. Do not tumble dry. Store leather away from direct sunlight.
